Interview Questions? I need help!

How do you handle working with a nurse that has a different opinion on how to handle something. What do you do?

I was asked this question in an interview and I was curious what others would say. Please give a specific example. I have an awful time when trying to give past experience examples. Maybe if I could hear other nurses examples I would be able to recall my experiences better. I seem to draw a blank when asked these types of questions.

"I personally welcome input from other professionals that I trust as well as pt.'s input on improving care, and Iam flexible when applying new techniques or modifications on established practice as long as safety and legal concerns are not violated."

Thats what I'd say or something along those lines, make yourself sound flexible but weary.
