  1. What changes have you contributed to established practices to improve patient care? I don't really know what type of answer they are looking for. It trips me up every time. I have 4 interviews over the next week (including one tomorrow).
  2. How do you handle working with a nurse that has a different opinion on how to handle something. What do you do? I was asked this question in an interview and I was curious what others would say. Please give a specific example. I have an awful time when trying to give past experience examples. Maybe if I could hear other nurses examples I would be able to recall my experiences better. I seem to draw a blank when asked these types of questions.
