Hi! I was hoping you could give me some suggestions. I'm a new grad and just interviewed for a position as an OR Nurse. The hospital has a 1-year training program. Needless to say, I am very excited about the possibility of getting this position. I am going to write a thank-you letter to the director who interviewed me.
Can anyone give me suggestions as to what I should include in this letter that might set my letter apart from the others?
I'm trying to think of reasons to write down as to why I think the OR is for me, and all I can think of is how exciting I thought it was to be in the OR during clinicals in nursing school. The OR was not even a consideration for me until I actually had the opportunity to observe during nursing school and LOVED it! I loved watching the procedures and the way the team worked together like a well-oiled machine.
Any suggestions??? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY INPUT!!! Emily
