Interview for Minute Clinic

Published

I had a phone interview for Minute clinic 2 weeks a go. The corporate manager told me that she is going to recommend me for next step which is interview with regional manager in the state and she will call me in one week. Now 2 weeks is over, I emailed the corporate manager and told her that I haven't heard back from any regional manager yet. I emailed her 3 days ago. So far no response. What does it mean? Does it mean no or yes? I am confused and need your opinion. Is this kind of behavior normal for minute clinic?

Question: is it true that you don't work at just one store but go to CVS all over a geographic area?

I would be patient. A few months ago went through the whole interview process. I had my phone interview then that same night i got called by the regional manager for my in person interview which took place the next day. I think it depends on how great the need is to hire someone and how busy the manager is.

future: yes it is true you will go to multiple stores. They split up the state into regions and you are expected to cover the specific region you got hired for. Although they do give you a "home" store where you will spend most of your time. It really isn't too bad, almost all of the stores in my area are within a 30 min commute.

Future- what MissT said, although they have specific float people so you should only have to possibly float the one day per schedule that you are "on call" which means you might have to go in if someone in your district calls off. Otherwise I believe you are basically at your home clinic. I was also told if it is too far away/ bad weather and you have to go far away they will pay for a hotel room the night before or after.
