interview help

im a band 5 nurse working in a learning disability inpatient hospital. I have got an interview for a band 6, I have to do an interview on, main differences between a band 5 and a band 6 and how would you measure this?

Anybody done anything like this or got any advice

    1. obtain the jobs descriptions for band 5 and for band 6.

    2. compare then and note the differences.

    3. write down the differences. Mostly they will be of a supervisory or managerial nature, they are rarely clinical.
