Interview HELP!!!!!!

okay, i know i've already posted this before, but i didn't get any responses and i need them! i only need a very breef response to each quesiton, even a simple "i don't know" would do if you don't feel like answering it, but please say something! if you have a real opinion about #8 though, i would seriously love to know it! what ever you put, i'll be eternally greatful! thank you in advance!

*please tell me your name: __________

1) why did you choose to be a nurse?

2) what do you love most about your job?

3) how long have you been a nurse?

4) do you have a family? if yes, do you feel you are given enough time to spend with them?

5) do you often have to work overtime? (due to the shortage of nurses)

6) do you get paid for overtime?

7) would you say that there is a big problem with harassment from your patients?

8) i'm planning on being a nurse's assistant during the first year of college and then a practical nurse for the rest, is that a foolish, or unrealistic plan?

9) how were you treated, by older nurses and doctors, when you first became a nurse?

10) do you have any advice that could help me as i work towards becoming an rn?

thank you so much for helping me out!
