Internship

Hi,

I am in my final few months of the practical nursing program and have a 280 hour internship on coming up, where I will be assigned 1 preceptor and work their shifts with them. All of my clinical experiences have been with groups of other students and 1 clinical instructor. I am really wanting to make a good impression and learn as much possible from this person, and hopefully get offered a position. I guess I am wondering if anyone has advice on what I should expect during this time and what I need to do to be a good intern and not irritate them haha. A bonus I think is that I will be doing a group clinical on this floor with other students for 3 weeks, so at least I won't be totally new to the way things are run.
