Internship abroad

Hello everyone!

I have been a qualified nurse since 2019. I live and work in Austria and therefore also completed my nursing training in Austria. I would like to do an internship abroad in California in 2024. I am now looking for potential employers. The internship should last 2 months, preferably 3 months - I am still flexible as I am still at the very beginning of my planning. 
Can anyone here help me find an internship? There are a few institutions in California that are looking for interns and I have already discovered a few that I would like to send my application to - but I still wanted to try asking in a forum, as in my case it is about an internship abroad and maybe there are certain institutions that have experience with this and where I would have the best chances. It doesn't matter whether it's a hospital, nursing home, mobile care or something similar. I would like to gain experience and make contacts. I would be very grateful for any offer!
