inquiry

I want to unquire about the status of my application for NCLEX exam.I sent it last June 1,2006.

Last january 2004 I already applied for Florida Board of Nursing but I still dont have my ATT that's why I send another application in vermont state.The fact is, I registered already in pearsonvue.Do I need to register again in pearsonvue? Pls help me.

When did you register with Pearsonvue for the NCLEX? That registration is only good for a 365-day period. You may need to re-register.

Did you actually complete the CES done by CGFNS? Florida will not do one thing with your application until that is submitted to them, they do require a Credentials Review.

And you should not do anything with Pearson-Vue until you receive a letter from Florida that your credentials have been accepted, or you take a chance of losing the money that you paid to Pearson-Vue.

If you change the state, you will need to pay a fee to Pearson-Vue, but do not do anything until you get approval from a state to even be able to register with Pearson-Vue.

If you are actually going to work in Florida, you will still need to complete the CES, and that is porbably where your problems are coming up. NCLEX is the last step in the licensing process, not the first. As a foreign nurse, you must make sure that your credentials are accepted first, before proceeding any further, or you are just throwing out money.

Thanks for the reply it helps me a lot.I change my NCLEX application to Vermont instead of Florida I sent it last June 1, 2006.How many weeks can I wait the result if my application is approve? Could you please help Ma'am/Sir? Is there a website of Vermont state to inquire if my application have recieve?
