I'm not quite sure if I am posting on the right forum but I am very indecisive as what I want to do next I'm currently 28 years old and on a different career path. My first career did not work out so well So I've decided I wanted to become a Nurse. I have no doubt in my mind I want to become an RN but I have two options I can take Pre-health for 1 year and graduate and take Nursing BSCN or I can go to a Bridging program that allows me to learn RPN for 2 years and Nursing BSCN for 3 I'm just wondering if anyone has done either one of these to accomplish their goals and be in the career they want and was it hard, was it easy? Which should I choose? Any insight would be amazing, Thank you so much in advance !

I assume you are in Ontario due to your notable use of the RPN title.
Hopefully our Canadian nurses will chime in with their input, but the nursing employment marketplace in Ontario has been horrid for the past 7 to 8 years with no signs of improvement.
Just be cognizant that nursing might not be a ticket to a guaranteed job.

I didn't go either path but know that nursing is hard. Finding a job is even harder. Read some of the threads in the Canadian forum regarding finding work.
Yes Sorry I should have mentioned I am from Ontario And thank you both for your input ! I will check out the Canadian forum once I figure out how !
