In need of preceptor

Good morning! I am a nurse in Virginia who graduated from Excelsior University last year. I have a provisional license until I complete 350 clinical hours. I am need of clinical hours in the areas of Psych, Maternal/Newborn (labor and delivery) and Peds. I only need a few hours in each of these areas. I would have to submit your name along with a resume to the board of nursing. You have to have been licensed as an RN for a minimum of 2 years. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to help an upcoming RN.

    Another issue to consider is finding a facility that will allow you to complete the required hours.  If you haven't done so, you might consider contacting the nurse education department at hospitals near you.  If the will allow you to do this, they might be able to facilitate finding a preceptor.
