In over my head

I'm looking for general opinion here. I work in a fairly new substance abuse facility. We have no DON, no practitioner on site ever- one overworked perdiem ARNP to contact for issues. There is no crash cart, no oxygen, no emergency meds available. It takes 12-24 hours to receive new meds from pharmacy. Myself and one other LPN are the only FT nurses. We are trying to run our shift and handle all administrative issues. The facility is in the middle of the woods where cells don't work, and there is 1 phone available that runs on spotty Wi-Fi. The phone doesn't ring in. It can take almost a whole shift to get a hold of provider. I spoke to adimistration about all the issues, the liability, and what needs to change and 3 months later nothing. Not sure how we even passed joint commission survey.

I'm beginning to get chest pain at work fromn anxiety. I know I should just get another job, but options are so limited for lpn. And in general it's about a $8+ pay cut. Between this, and my last position I'm just feeling so jaded over nursing in general.
