You're best bet is probably ebay or half.com.
Choose expedited shipping and a good seller will mail immediately.
I've had very fortunate luck on half.com
(ps.. books that are highlighted/underlined really aren't so bad.. the work is done for ya!! lol)

i agree. i got a bio book that was $85 from half.com (orginally $153..yikes)
but make sure the seller is good because i just ordered a different book and i was in desperate need and i still havent gotten it yet
but also try this: cheapesttextbooks.com
type in the ISBN or author or what not, [iSBN is the best] and it will give you a list of site that have the book(s) and how much they are and if there is any discounts
good luck

to add to what everyone else has posted in reference to you finding a textbook for your micro class, i suggest abebooks.com. it was a great source for finding all of my text books at a nice fraction of the cost. they have tons of international edition books for sale, do not be alarmed, these are the exact same books as the us edition!!!
rest assured, all of my text books (micro, and a&p) were intl edition except for the lab books (that was only because they were only available in us edition). i ordered all of mine from the site mentioned above. the only difference may be the front and back outer covers, everything else will be the exact same content ie. pictures, graphs, pg numbers. in addition, i received them in a great amount of time. i checked out chegg.com, and in my opinion you're losing money, the price you pay for rentals could've very well been spent on simply purchasing a new or used one, and then to only turn around and re-sell them to someone else the next semester. too easy! once you have the isbn number for the particular books you need, everything else will be up to you to decide on which purchase to make:specs:......... however, try not to go much longer without a book, it will be very beneficial for you to have it asap, especially in your biology classes.
