I am currently working on my application for ADN program in San Jacinto College- Central Campus Spring 2020.
I had all the vaccines already but could not find the papers that prove I did have it. Therefore, do I have to redo all series of vaccines again, or do I just need to do titers and show that I have positive result to the antibodies?
Even if I redo all the vaccines again, do I still need to do submit titers after getting the vaccines?

What practitioner administered your vaccinations---if PCP/pediatrician, contact them for copy of records. In some states, school district also has results if recent HS grad. Otherwise, obtain titters, followup re need for immunization when no titter level.,
I was able to obtain all my old vaccination records from my local City Hall (Board of Education if I recall correctly) and I graduated high school in 2003.

Hi everyone,
I am currently working on my application for ADN program in San Jacinto College- Central Campus Spring 2020.

Thank you so much and I appreciate that.
