I'm not doing very well in placement..

Have been doing my placement for almost a month. Normally I just work as a care worker, help the residents with their shower, get dressed, feeding and toileting. Today I was told by others that I always forget about the tiny stuff. They asked me to look around whenever I walk into a resident's room and think about the things that I need to do. However I had no idea what kind of stuff were they refering to.

What should I do now? I don't wanna look like an idiot who doesn't know anything or who cannot even get the simplest job done...

Are you a nursing student? Placement tests for what?
