I'm doing it!!!!

I know I have gone back and forth but I am going forward with my LPN program. I got all my financials taken care of including daycare(which was a big issue) so there is nothing standing in my way...not even myself!! I have made my decision and Im looking forward to school and becoming an LPN!!

:balloons:Congrats for getting everything worked out!!! Good luck in school!!:balloons:

Glad you made up your mind and are going through with it!

Wish I could say the same. I still am deciding on a promotion i was offered or LPN school. I have 1 week left to decide! Its so hard. I wrote all the pros and cons and i just cant pick. If it were up to my husband he would pick my office job because its way more money then I would ever make as an lpn and gaurenteed no nights! But I want to work part time eventually and LPNS can! AAHHH. I just cant decide.

I am glad you did. Can I ask what you did for a living before deciding on LPN school and what made you finally decide to go through with it?

Thanks!

Im an MA but never worked in that dicipline because at the end of school i had my third child...been home ever since! Ya know, you can always take this promotion, work for a year and then make a decision. LPN school isn't going anywhere! If I had a good paying job already, I'd have never gone back to school. But, in order for us to have a good second income, I have to do this program! Good luck to you.....

Good luck, Sassiebaz! ;)

I know that you had been feeling slightly ambivalent about whether the LPN would be the right job for you and your family. Now, it seems that you have arrived at a decision that will work out. Welcome to nursing!
