I'm having a nervous breakdown....

I took NCLEX-PN yesterday. It shut off after 85 questions(the minimum for PN) I can't describe how I felt as I was leaving the test facility. I think I was in shock! It was like a surreal experience. I didn't remember any of the questions I had just answered, after about an hour I remembered one question and all four choices and bits and pieces of about 4 other questions but no answers. Is it possible to answer 85 questions and have no clue as to whether you answered them correctly or not?? Driving home and even now I can't help but think I failed. I remember thinking while I was taking the test that these questions were nothing like the practice questions and review books I've been studying for weeks.

sounds like the normal post-test anxiety that i've read from soooooooooo many other posts, yet ppl passed their exams after having the same feelings!! just take a deep breath and relax for the next couple days...do something nice for yourself (u deserve it from all the studying u've done)......there's no point in dreading anymore, the test is over and all u can do is wait for ur results!! i'll be taking my NCLEX-RN in exactly one week, and i hope i can take the same advice from myself!!!!!! good luck to you and i'll give u my prayers!! watch out for my post-test anxiety thread too ;)

Took mine today, right there with ya. This feeling sucks. :o

Just hoping and praying now...:uhoh3:

GOOD LUCK!!

That's the same feelings 99% of us had after leaving the building. Chill.

Agree. It's a tough test and 99.9% of us leave feeling bad about it. Take heart in knowing that most of us in the end passed. Good luck to you.
