I'm In!

I have been reading this site for a while and enjoying all of the stories and such from everyone. I applied for Nursing School in Feb 11 and received my acceptance letter last week. I am so super excited!!!!! :yeah:I am 38 years old and have been waiting to do this since i graduated high school. Paying for it on my own and working my butt off doing it! I have to keep looking at the letter to make sure it is real! lol.. I work at a hospital and all of the nurses I work with are super excited for me and have shared their horror stories and pointers as well, but I cannot wait until August... Indiana University Kokomo class of 2014 BSN baby!!! The main thing that has motivated me isn't just my own desire to be a nurse, which is huuuuge!! But it is making my mom and dad proud of me. I never took school seriously until I went back recently.

Thanks for listening, I just had to share and say howdy to y'all!! Good luck to everyone and I look forward to getting to "know" you all!

    I know exactly how you feel Heather ...I too applies in Feb 2011 and is now if for the fall but I'm going ADN first...then I'll bring..but BIG UPS to you :yelclap: I know exactly how it feel...I've been looking at my acceptance letter every day since I got it last Friday.... we can know do the acceptance dance.:dncgbby:
