welcome to the site

i have moved your post to the international forum where it is more appropriate.

please take the time to read this forum. there is no telling how long retrogression will last but there is no reason to get the ball rolling and starting the process of licensure to be a rn in the us of which nclex is part of that process. maybe worth considering whilst waiting to look at another country to gain nursing experience whilst waiting. check out the sticky called primer to working in the us and also have a good read in this forum. we do not recommend california for initial licensure and if you read the forum you will see why as we have documented many times our reasons.

good luck
