Ien in Canada

Hello ! I'd like to know your opinion if Canada needs IEN or if their local nurses already registered at colleges of nurses are enough in number to satisfy the demand . Thankyou !!

    Right now there is no shortage of nurses in Canada. There is a shortage of vacant positions for those without a job. Many new grads, and even those with years of experience, are having a hard time finding anything more than casual positions. No guaranteed hours, short notice calls and a risk of being cancelled if the unit census drops aren't appealing to a lot of people but it's all they can get.
