i have to do a diagnostic essay on critically analyse record keeping...any ideas? thanks

:uhoh3: Sounds painful! Good luck! I can suggest using the new ( or not so new ) KA24 to search for your articles for your references. You'll need to register though as it will then give you a login code. If you have this already ie login details then I'd just say, search around the area you're interested in and you'll hopefully find somethin there to help you with your essay. I highly reccomment this site to anyone writing any form of nursing essay.

KA24? never heard of it. looked it up tho. its for NHS in london. i dont live in london but i may register and browse. im from midlands area

I'm sure when you looked it up it told you what it was for and how to use it?

Basically it's Knowledge Access 24 hours a day for any nursing/medical professional. It allows you to get/download as much articles/journals or even books as you want from the site. If KA24 didn't do much, try HILO. It's the same thing but maybe google will give you more? It's well worth it. You're still in the UK and should be able to benefit from it. It did take me a good 'quite' hour in my own time to exactly figure out how to use it. It will appear complex at first but you won't be able to write a nursing essay without it once you've cracked it. Good luck.
