Ideas needed for instructor gifts

Any original ideas on what to get our instructors??

Featured Replies

There are so many ideas on what to get them. I just graduated last week and one of the items we got for our instructors was a book. It's about nursing around the world. It's a really neat book. A few of the instructors enjoyed it more than others. Here is a link to the book on Amazon (where I ordered it).

Nurse: A World of Care

http://www.amazon.com/NURSE-World-Care-Peter-Jaret/dp/0981456502/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1237377527&sr=8-1

We also got tote bags for our instructors that they can use for clinicals. Some of them carry a lot of stuff and some of them didn't have a bag big enough for what they wanted to bring.

We also got embroidered insulated mugs (for coffee or whatever) for each of them. The director of our program is a nun, so we got her the book previously mentioned and a gift card. We also had a special lady that worked in the department who we gave a book and gift card to.

They really enjoyed it.

Another class ahead of us got all of the instructors lab coats with their name embroidered on it. They are very nice too. If I think of anything else I'll let you know. Good luck!!!

Our program manager just wants a big picture of us framed nicely with all of the student's signatures. Just throwing that idea out :)
