My advice would be that panel interviews are about seeing how the interviewee interacted with the interviewers. So personality counts for a lot! I would try to be really outgoing and bubbly, and highlight your accomplishments in a way they'll remember. I would focus on teamwork and conflict resolution questions. Also think of your personal accomplishments, like times you've added value to your work place or provided customer service. Since it's ICU, they might gear a question or two to how you handle stress and prioritze. I know that's basic interview advice, but I think these types of interviews are really about finding if you would fit into their world.

Thanks emcadams! Hadn't thought of it that way yet! Very helpful!

Expect questions like "Why do you want to work in our ICU?", "What do you know about our hospital/network?", or "Tell me about the sickest pt for whom you've cared."
