Don't worry about the name situation. Your name just ran one letter longer than the computer can accommodate. But if it bothers you that much call them on the phone and inquire. Five months is plenty of time. Go for it and take that test.
but im from other country and some of my scores with my practice questions are not good...by the way what is good pop up and PV something can you explain it to me thanks a lot

Good pop op is all about the pearson vue trick.
It is a pop op that apears as a blockage when you try to reapply after taken the test and it says [our record indicate that you have taken this exam, please contact your friendly board of nursing for further assistance].
Is like a shorter way to know your faith after taken your test before the official result.
But if you didnt get the good pop op it will lead you to the credit card page where you register again which means that you failed the test.
For more information on this go to the longest thread in front of the nclex forum that says pearsonvue trick, is it true. It has part one and two.
Go through it and you will learn how it is being done.
For the other problem, reading for 5months is enough to take the test, believe in yourself, you can make it like other foreign nurses.
Goodluck friend.
