Praise God and all his goodness and mercy. After 75 questions I passed:0)

Here's was my study plan:

3weeks before exam- purchased 30 day UWORLD Nclex rn, completed questions and read rationales. Utilized La Charity Prioritization and delegation completed all topics and case studies read all rationales. Also for 30 mins everyday read the 35 page Nclex review here on allnurses. (It is still floating around in this site). Lots of prayer, total faith in God and belief in myself. Eating 15 grams of protein and hydrate 4 days before. Sleep early every night and the night before performed some grounding relaxation techniques to sleep easy and early.

The day of the exam performed grounding technique and every question read and reread questions and thought every answer if its a complete sentence or true or false answer to the question. Lots of SATA don't know the amount because after the exam it was all a blur.

After exam: went to the mall bought toys for my daughter thanking her for being patient.

Two days after the exam : plan to surprise my husband with my pass print out.

Best of success to everyone who will be taking their Nclex exam. We all worked so hard in passing nursing school we deserve a much needed break after. I will be celebrating by eating icecream with my baby girl and hubby.

After note: please do not email me or pm me about my log in or password for UWORLD or la charity. Thanks in advance. All the best to all.

Please share your grounding relaxation techniques! I have 3 weeks until my exam, and could use some relaxation techniques to employ the closer I get to the test day.

Congratulations on passing! Best of luck in your new career!

I checked out YouTube it's really easy to do and it benefits people who have severe test anxiety. Best of success

Ok I graduated and took the exam over 35 years ago. My teacher said something that made a lot of sense:

"The exam is used to assess the ability as the minimal level. It is not testing to see if you are a genius or that you graduated from Harvard. Just remember what you were taught and just answer the questions. The test is meant to pass the vast majority of nurses. If it falls too many, there wouldn't be enough nurses."
