Hey all,
So I've been studying for the NCLEX for about 5 weeks now (post Kaplan review course) and I received my ATT to test this week. My thought was that if I did well on QT 6 and 7 I'd schedule for next week. I scored a 65% on QT6 and a 66.4% on QT7. When I went to register, the only slot in the next month that I'd be able to take is 2 days from now. I was not anticipating taking it so soon so I'm somewhat freaking out although my scores on QT6 & 7 are kind of reassuring. Can anyone offer some reassurance here so that I'm not out of my mind for the next two days?
Thanks!

I say go ahead and take it. The chances of you hard core studying for the next month is slim to none. You will be burned out. Go ahead and get it out of the way while everything is fresh on your mind.

I agree as well. What more do you think you could do in a month off studying? Rely on what you have learned in nursing school and get it over with.

Are there any sites a little further away that you could potentially test at? I had planned to end up having to travel to get a date I liked, but I got lucky. My ATT came late Friday night, and the next two dates available were today and this coming Wednesday, so I chose Wednesday. I would have chosen today, but like you, I needed to swallow all of that first! Had Wednesday not been available, I absolutely would have tested today.
Good luck whatever you decide! And great job on your scores!! Those are awesome!
