I need immediate input

I have been offered a Tele position with TravMed at Kaiser in Richmond. No time and a half after 8 hrs. just for weekly overtime (which I have to clarify as over 72 or 80 hrs. since I'd be working twelves) and holidays. A rate of $35.00 instead of $30.00 in lieu of this fact and a housing stipend of $2000.00 a month because their housing dept. isn't up and running? Also travel reimbursement of $1200.00 and license reimbursement. Isn't the salary and stipend low for California? Also I have asked for a safety out clause, guaranteed hrs., a float clause(only 1 unit per shift) and a no cancel contract clause. Should I take this or can it. I really need to get traveling again ASAP! If I should CAN IT! Can anyone recommend an agency that can get me going fast! Thanks a million in advance.
