Hello Hannah;

I would call or drop by the facility and request information on the volunteer services they have available. I would think your ability to speak some English will not be too big of a hinderance. Perhaps they need someone a few hours a day to deliver the mail, deliver flowers, deliver papers to offices, there are a lot of duties I can think of off the top of my head where volunteer is needed. Good luck. Don't forget a nursing home, or personal care home.

you are so nice and kindly.

would you like to send some phone number or website with volunteer group for me?since I moved here for 1 months,so I donot know clear about facility

public.sorry for my bother.

have a nice day

I do not know where you live, but if there is a facility close to you, then look in the phone book, get the number, and call them. Someone will direct your call to the proper person for more detailed information than I can ever give you.

I mentioned the nursing home and assisted living facilities because they often need help with small tasks.

Good luck.
