I still can't believe it, I'm almost done!! I graduate in December and we've been told it's about time to start looking for our practicum site. From what the majority of the other cohorts before me have said, you usually get hired from the site you choose. With that being said, HELP!! I live in Florida, Palm Beach county to be exact, and would like to know which is a better hospital overall for precepting and new hires, HCA or Tenet. I know everyone has their own personal experiences and opinions but I'm interested on the feedback out there. If it makes a difference I'm looking to specialize in Pediatrics. Thanks to all in advance!! :)

Think about posting this in the Florida forum. Go to the yellow bar up top, click on US, then to Florida. You'll increase your chances of getting people who actually know the area better.

I'd stay far far far away from both Tenet and HCA.
Sorry it took so long to reply. If no HCA or Tenet, where should I go? At the moment, moving is not an option.
