I took the NCLEX-PN today.
My test shut off at 85 and I wasn't feeling confident, I know a lot of us feel that way, but I remember looking at the number and thinking at least I had a lot more to go.
I had 23 SATA. Most were isolation/infection control questions, prioritizing who I'd see first and delegation. Only 3 labs and this is what I don't get: NO pharm math.
So, of course I'm thinking that I was doing so bad that it just shut off and didn't even care if I could do the math.
I got into the hall and this lady said "good luck, you look white as a ghost, my son is in there too."
Got onto the elevator and burst into tears. All I can do now is wait until Thursday. Thanks for listening.

Try not to best yourself up. In my opinion, shutting off at 85 is NOT A bad sign. Also, my exam shut off at 75 and I only had 1 calculation question. That is not an indication of passing or failing. Take it easy, try to relax and wait until you can get your quick results.
Thank you.

I had zero dosage calc questions on my NCLEX, shut off at 75.
Really? Thank you for letting me know, I think that's what I can't get past.
Well, I guess not getting dosage calculations didn't matter much, because I passed!!
I knew you did! Congrats :)
Thank you!!
