I should be happy

I've been trying to get into my ADN-RN program for a while now and with alot of set backs...I mean ALOT...(failing pax-rn, gpa too low, etc) I FINIALLY got in for FALL 2013. I should be so happy I wanted this for sooooo long but I think im more sad cause they JUST stopped accepting for Spring 2013 a wk before I applied. Just seems like another set back. I thought I would be soo happy when this day finally came.

Congratulations! Celebrate your hard work and acceptance into the Fall 2013 program. A semester later is really not all too much later. Live your life at your own pace- not a timeline that needs to be strictly met. I believe that things fall into place for a reason.

Live up life until then. Look around for resources that will help you will school, polish up a resume (if you need to), travel, exercise, write, clean, do whatever you want. When school starts, you might not be able to pursue some of the things that you really love to do or need to do.

Thank you for the reply...I'm feeling more content about it now. The good thing about my school is as you get closer to your start date its possible for you to get bump up to the previous semester(plp decide not to go, or miss orentation) so there is still a chance for me to get in earlier. So im ok with that.
