I got in to my program!

I'm so excited, I feel like I'm getting closer to reaching my dream! I've wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl :)

The program sounds very intense, but I'm ready, and so excited! It's a one year LVN program and I start January 7. My only worries are my babies missing me, and me missing them. My daughter is 18mo and my son is 5 in Kinder. I have my husband that will help when he can, he works nights,and we just moved into my mother in laws for more support I hope...she works a lot too, so we shall see. I'm just keeping in mind what a student that is almost done with the program that spoke to us in the pre-lvn class said...You can do anything for a year! She had 4 kids and a husband, and as hard as it was, she was standing in front of us very excited because she only had 3 weeks left. I hope to be like her at the end of next year. :)

    I'm from Alabama and will be going to Trenholm Tech. The school is very well known here for the quality of its grads so I am very excited. Have you gotten a sample schedule or anything yet? I have mine and its pretty hectic. Its about 16 hrs per semester but I am going to try and test out of 2 classes to save money and nerves, lol.
