I have been reading everyones post and it seems as if they freaked out for nothing:) (I am so happy for you) But that is not reassuring me. I took the nclex this morning. It shut off after 75 questions and I sat there totally stunned. I could not move. My legs were jello. I left crying like a baby. It felt like I got a lot of teaching questions. Is that a good sign? I also had several priority questions. I had one calculation that I know I got wrong. I think I got at least 5 check all that apply. Which looking back I think I missed all of them. Is it true that getting 75 question means you most likely passed. I am also sure I got the last question right. Does that mean anything? I am so sick to my stomach. My friend seemed to get different kinds of questions like "what's the approprite way to..." and took 150 questions. I just don't know what to think. Any thought?

"Any thoughts?" Yep.....calm down! :) Most people who get 75 questions do pass. Not all, but the odds ARE in your court!
Getting the last question right or wrong means nothing. For what it's worth, people who pass STILL only get 50% right, so of COURSE you feel like you blew it....but that doesn't mean you did.
Test just determines whether you could keep at or above the passing standard by getting 50% of the questions it threw at you right. Breathe!
