Try atitesting.com, that is what my school uses throughout the program, and so far so good! 100% pass rate :/ Hopefully that will help...

Good Luck!

i just joined this forum and read about the "pearson trick." is this even accurate? i think you should wait for the unofficial results before arriving at a premature conclusion. best of luck to you. i just took my nclex today, did the "pearson trick" and got that message that supposedly says i passed. i'm not placing too much stock in that. sorry.

You should try LaCharity's book on prioritization. Did you get a lot of those type of questions? Everyone that I spoke to recommended the book after taking the exam.

Would you mind sharing what kind of scores you were getting on your Kaplan and Hurst exams?

hi...do you have to enroll for that???

I was the same way, I think we are all skeptical until we get the official results. I thought I was going to be the first person the PVT didnt work for, but it works and you will be posting about it soon. You passed, it has worked for me twice, first time when I failed and got the cc page and my 2nd time when I passed and got the good pop-up.

Now back to the actual post. I just wanted to know how many questions you did before taking the exam and did you feel ready or confident going into the test. Dont rush to re-take it just because you want to be an RN, take your time, learn the content, infection control, do a lot of questions and read the rationales. Good luck next time, dont give up. I recommend Saunders for content and La Charity and exam cram for questions.

Give yourself a couple of days, then get started on your plan to retest. Don't give up.

So sorry you are going through this...I have also taken it twice and failed...did hurst, kaplan, ncsbn...it feels hopeless sometimes but ya just cant give up. I am now reading Saunders and I wish I would have done this from the get go...if ya need more practice w questions nclex 3000 has free questions on the internet..just google it

My school also uses ATI Testing, and we also have a 100% pass rate, both RN and PN

hi there. i failed 2 times before passing on my 3rd take. i have tried almost every single method of studying, i know the pros and cons of each, and based on my experience from them the combination of saunders comprehensive review + NCLEX 4000 questions did it for me. every single question that came out on my test i knew from studying and answering questions from the said materials :) also pray. it helps ALOT :)

Scoring that low means you need to review more core content. Kaplan encourages students to aim for 60s and above. High 50s are okay but below 55 means you need more core content. How are you studying?

I failed 2x, last time being Monday as well. 1st time around I can honestly say I did little to prepare. Got all 265. This time I purchased the 5 week NCSBN (makers of NCLEXexam) online review. Didn't spend much time but did mot of the practice questios... still failed with 154 questions (worst).

I honestly can say that anxiety and pressure is definitely my problem. I was hired in June for an RN position, I was given the opportunity to start after passing the second time. Not only did I fail, but am 5 1/2 month pregnant!

I'm currently working as a tech and my boss is giving me one last chance before reposting the position :) THANK GOD!! I'm taking a whole new approach this 3rd time around. next week I will start with Prioritization, delegation, and assessment by Lachairity and use Saunders for content review. Will also make out a schedule to study at the library. Lastly I will try to change the time I've been testing and am not telling ANYONE besides husband what my test date is.

Keep your head up! I know how you feel. Atleast you don't have a boss or former classmates that are Alread RNs that constently ask... It's humiliating. But I will not give up!!
