should I continue to be involved??

In my 6 years of nursing in a multicultural-setting , I have been very active in setting up/participating in activities for various nursing programs. From nurses day , poster making , to the extent that I joined a nursing group which reviews policies and procedures... at the end... somehow... I realized that some of my colleagues were just simply coming to the duty, clearing their task lists , and seems to do not care of what and why nursing programs actually exist.

Does anyone out there feels the same.... should I continue to care ???

This I think is normal in many places, I work in a very small setting and this happens. Does it get frustrating? Yes however I still do what I want to and can do and ignore the rest. When they start complaining just point them in the direction if not happy then do something about it and stop complaining?

You do what makes you happy
