I did the live review but I HIGHLY recommend it. The videos are pretty much just like the live thing, they have different speakers for every section. I watched almost all of them. They are very good, and I was very enlightened....I kept thinking WHY didn't they just tell that to us in nursing school, my life would be so much easier now.

You can also do a search on AN and read about other experiences using the HURST review.

I had this same question a week ago and didn't get much feedback. Hurst has a great reputation on this forums. I actually just bought the online review a few days ago and i love it so far. I only watched fluids/electrolytes and acid base but next is burns. I bought it because although I feel like i know content well I knew I'd need something to help me bring those past semesters back into mind. I say you spend the money and get it. Use the saunders book to do questions after each lecture you watch.

I JUST did the live review. I really enjoyed it. I am hoping it all works for me. I have been spending a lot of time trying to make sure I have all that core content drilled into my brain. I take boards shortly, and am really hoping this helps me out.

I am in the process of doing the online review right now. So far, I absolutely LOVE IT!! It takes some of those concepts that were foggy in nursing school and makes them VERY simple and easy to remember. Each main section has a workbok PDF file that can be printed off to help you really hammer home those core concepts. It also comes with 5th day material, which is considered "extra", and it includes things like the proper way to put on and take off PPE, Infection control charts, growth and development charts, etc.
