Humana Interview process question

I have gone through 2 steps of the Humana interview process- automated phone interview, group face to face via web cam interview. I received an email today to do a Humana Care Manager Virtual Job Experience (VJE). Can anyone tell me what happens during the VJE? Any tips or suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi! Any updates or

did you find your answer?

The VJE was an online "sample" of job duties for instance taking calls from Humana clients, finding out what their needs are, fielding other calls and messages coming into your screen at the same time. There were 3 parts; situational questions like which would you be most likely and least likely to do in this scenario and then a personality question section. Still haven't heard anything. :( Thank you for asking!

This is good news. Let us know how it works out once you get settled

I’ve had several interviews with Humana and I have over 20 years of RN experience. I’m not quite sure why I’m not getting hired. Can anyone help?

I work for a school as a school nurse.
