Human Anatomy Bone Test

I am taking human Anatomy this semester. I was stressing out big time about the lab exam on all the bones. Just got my test back last night I pulled a 97% I am so happy. I hope this a good sign as to how the rest of this semester will go. :yeah:

CONGRATS ON THAT TEST, I HAVE THE SAME TEST COMING UP. DO YOU HAVE SOM ADVICE FOR ME ?

I copied the pictures out of the book and then whited out the names. I then put it in a clear page protector sheet cover thing, sorry I don't know the name of it, and then used a dry erase marker to write in the names. I was also told that toys r us sells tiny skeletons that would help too.

don't want to burst your bubble, :twocents: but it usually gets harder, just keep studying because you usually know more than you think you do when it comes down to test time.

we had a great ta and i had him quiz me during lab time a lot, they can be a great help if you get the right one. i also made friends with some students in my class that needed more help and i was able 'tutor/help' them, it kind of reinforces what you know and keeps it fresh, not so redundant since you are helping someone else at the same time.

just keep working and it will come!

congrats on your exam!!! i will be taking anatomy in the summer, and i was wondering if there was a particular book i could purchase to get a jump start on studying.. i dont want to feel completely overwhelmed when i begin.

thank you!!

I remember when I had this exam what helped me was to visualize the bones in your body. During the lab exam we were fortunate to be able to pick up the bones so I was able to "put" it on my body. This helped because we had to distinguish from right and left sides of the body as well.
