How do you use QSEN

How do you as a nurse use, or plan to use, QSEN in your everyday practice? What about it do you find hard or easy? What would you tell a nursing student who has to write a paper about QSEN competencies and how she'll use them in her nursing career?

I'm going to respectfully ask that you do you own research and wrote your own paper.

You have no idea who are really nurses on this website. For all you know my name is Dave, I play video games all day long, and live in my mom's basement. When I'm not playing video games, I surf the internet and enjoy playing somebody I'm not and mess with people.

Oh I have done my own research (6 pages of it) but I would like some personal communications to put in there.

I would tell the student to use the EBP competency of QSEN in looking up evidence-based resources...about using QSEN. Maybe find some qualitative studies about how nurses have used the QSEN competencies in practice.
