How to Learn PICC Line Insertion?

What's the best way to train as a PICC line insertion RN? Are there any programs or courses that offer that? I'd gladly pay for such training, if I knew it was available.

PICC line nurses seem to be very few. I think at my hospital we only have 1. Tried talking to her about learning those skills but it was not the best time because everybody was extremely busy.

I have known nurses who were trained to do this procedure, they have an acutal course they take and test to become certified. Usually the acute care facility or IV infusion center train the nurses to perform this procedure.
