How do i know if nursing is the profession for me ?

hello nurses of America !!!

I am a nursing student currently in a BSN program.

I have a question for all of you fellow nurses. How (or when) did you know if the nursing is the right profession for you? please give me advice to guild me to the right direction thank you.

    You went into a nursing program unsure if it was for you? That just doesn't seem like a logical use of time and money. What about shadowing some actual nurses doing their job in different specialty areas so you can get a sense of what it's really like to be a nurse and not what nursing school tells you it's going to be like. I assure you that reality is a completely different thing.
