How fast does the state post your licensing?

I am just wondering how fast you guys found out from the state. I heard it gets posted quicker than Pearson or other NCLEX Examiners.

I live in Virginia and my results were posted within 48hrs.

It varies from state to state. Here in TX, mine took several days but I found out after 48 hrs that I passed through Quick Results. You might try posting this in your state's forum. Also check the website of your state board of nursing - you might find this info there.

You didn't list your state, some actually have it posted before you even get home from writing the exam. But on average, Pearson-Vue is still the fastest with 48 hour notification, even on holidays, as well as weekends. Boards of Nursing take weekends and holidays off.

I live in Wisconsin. As of this morning it hasn't been posted. When it is posted through the state will it say active. Right now it says temporary because I am a GN.

They will actually assign you a license number. You will see that posted as well.
