How to ask for recommendation letters

I am thinking of going back to school for a second Master's degree in Health Sciences. I would need to ask for two letters of recommendation. The degree is not completely related to my current position nor is it a NP or APRN type degree. It is something I am interested in and think I could use it for a Manager/Leadership type position. I currently am in a leadership role but would like to advance.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Oh.. My first BA was non nursing, and my Master's is non-nursing/non-health related. I do have a BSN
