I'm not sure, but it sounds like he's going with a limited fictionalized series based on his previous documentary at Hopkins. I could be wrong, but that's how it reads to me.

I dont know but strangely enough, my doctor was featured in the original documentary :)

Yup, premieres Thursday June 26th 10/9c on ABC.

It's a six-part miniseries based off of the original documentary, Hopkins 24/7, which was apparently really successful.

They filmed at Johns Hopkins to make it into a miniseries - I think it may be like Trauma: Life in the ER, where it's sort of a documentary in a way, but also very real.
