How long did it take you to get hired on as an RN after passing the NCLEX?

Passed the nclex in July, started my first job in September. However was applying to jobs long before taking the nclex.

Had multiple job offers before I graduated from nursing school.

2 months, but was working full-time at my job as a CNA during school. Would have taken a job offer from them sooner but wanted to pass the NCLEX first and not have the entire hospital know if I hadn't :bag:

How long did it take you to get hired on as an RN after passing the NCLEX?

Maybe you're interested in how long it took recent graduates to get jobs...? Because an open question like "how long did it take" to a really busy message board like this could give you lots of useless info! As in finding out how long it took people 5 years or more ago to get their first jobs.

What if i had a misdemeanor over 8years ago for petty theft?the boards know,they questioned me why i ddnt write it on my application and its because i thought its clears after 7years..i havent heard back since i wrote my letter to explain,but i did get my att and im taking my nclex in a month. If i pass..does anyone know if theyll be an extra wait to get license because of my conviction?also,will i have to report it when i apply for a job?its so embarrassing..i was young and dumb and been working with seniors for 7 years and it hasnt popped up for cna jobs,i dont know about lvn and im
