HIPAA. rules and Violations

Hello I am applying to college this year and have to write an essay to get in. I have volunteered at my local hospital for over 2 years now And I know the HIPPA rules well. The only thing that I am unsure of is if I can include a very broad thing in my college

Essay that I saw at the hospital. I'll give a fake example that didn't happen. Let's say I saw some one almost die at the hospital and wanted to say in my essay how that affected me. Would this be violating the HIPAA rules? I'm not being specific on any details just saying how I saw some one almost die and how it affected me. Would I be allowed to include In my essay "as the man collapsed on the floor all I could do was worry about him. Would he be okay? What is going to happen to him. He could be dead by now.i volunteer at my local hospital and I've seen many bad things happen... Ect"

This isn't the real thing that happened just something i made up that I didn't see. I just need to know if it would be okay to include broad experiences I had.

No idea why that posted twice. Oh well, still good advice. :)

OP- be sure you note : it's HIPAA not HIPPA. (Don't want to get dinged for spelling, now do we?)
