Have you not spoken with your high school advisor at all? Or college admissions? No open houses? You can take prerequisites at whatever college you plan on going to

I want to take my prerequisites at a CC

but no sadly my counselors were no help what so ever .. All they knew was how to assign classes.. No career help at all

Then take your prerequisites at a community college :) if you wanted to transfer to a university after getting your prerequisites, you should talk to the admissions at that college to see what they require.
