Hi and welcome to the site

This has been posted in the wrong section and I am sure a mod will move it to a more approprite place ie International forum.

I would suggest having a good read in the International forum and also the Phillipine forum which can be found my clicking the international link in the local tab at the top of the page. Also if you use the search facility with keywords ie Saipan it will bring up all the threads and you will find plenty of info which I am sure will help

Suggest that you have a good read with some of the stickies at the top of this forum. Especially the one called the Primer.

Are you actually planning to work in Saipan? If not, there really is not a reason to apply thru there. You would still need to endorse to any other state, and that can actually take you longer to do, and cost much more in the way of money and time.

Suggest that you take the time to do some research here, the requirements are very similar for most states and territories. But suggest that you decide where you truly wish to work before doing anything else.
