can you tell us a bit more to what you are after. itu staff vary depending on size and will be staffed mainly with staff nurses building up to sisters/charge nurses

First thank you for your help!

Iam working as a head nurse in first private general hospital in Macedonia.

Our ITU is with 5 bads and we want to organize ITU with all world standards.

For that purpose I want to know how is your experiance.

My hospital is with 4 operating theatars ,1 one-day surgery theatar,recovery room(with 5 bads) and as I say before ITU with 5 bads.

I am working with 9 nurse(anestesia and intensive care)
