hey there

on my quest to going back to the field..i was searching for cues clues pointers that could guide me through..then i found this site..now i can ventilate my worries to some who is in the same shoes..i am 34 years old registered nurse in my country..who deviated from the field to get me through life's need..you see nurses here are overworked and underpaid..so i worked in another field..now that i want to go back..there are worries and hesitancies..what is my first step..can i still be effective as i am when i was a fresh graduate..can someone help me please..

welcome to allnurses!:welcome: "underpaid and overworked", thats an international phrase in any field. hang in there, keep your dayjob, don't quit until you get a better nursing job.

you will undergo a refresher course, go to some hospitals and they will give you a training.
